• Orders are shipped using UPS Ground or USPS. Tracking information will be provided.
• Physical addresses are preferred. We may ship to PO Boxes under certain circumstances.
• Most orders ship within 1 business day.
• Our hours of operation are 7 AM - 4 PM CST Monday - Friday. All orders are processed during that time frame.
• We offer shipping within the United States and to Canada on select items. Canadian import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• We ship to the Paypal Verified address that is sent to us at the time of checkout. Please verify that the address is correct before making payment.

• Paypal is currently our only method of payment.
• Sales tax is collected by eBay in accordance with their policy.

• We will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the original purchase.
